Name and email you type at checkout, Stripe payment identifiers (we do not store full card numbers), assessment answers and scores, optional partner name/email for Couples RELIQ, optional ZIP for Bio Age, and affiliate referral tags if you arrive with a ref parameter.
Buyer records are written to the suite database and to the four product systems: Real World IQ, RELIQ, Real Bio Age, and Real World Careers. Email may be sent by our Mailgun-backed workers. Payments are processed by Stripe. Analytics: Google Tag Manager / GA4 if you accept cookies. A first-party visitor beacon and affiliate click logger may also run after consent.
To deliver the assessments you bought, prevent fraud, send access mail, and (only with consent) measure marketing.
Purchase and score records are kept at least as long as the 12-month access window and then as needed for tax, dispute, and fraud records. You may request a copy or deletion of assessment content at tp@advancedlearning.academy. We will say what we must keep for law or chargebacks.
We do not sell your answers. Employers see a Career Fit credential only if you give them the code and only the fields on that verify screen — not RELIQ or Bio Age data.
